As an experienced treasury specialist with over 20 years of expertise in international and listed companies, I support companies in their treasury departments. My focus is on building, realigning, and optimizing treasury structures – from strategic planning to successful implementation in day-to-day operations.

In my previous roles, I built and managed treasury departments in several countries, led international teams, and implemented group-wide systems. My focus was always on cash and liquidity planning, the introduction of modern treasury management systems (TMS), the development of transparent reporting structures, the negotiation of financing lines, and the continuous improvement of processes.

Guiding Principles

01

Clarity instead of complexity

Good processes make things easier, not more complicated.

02

Transparency as a prerequisite for trust

Only those who have an overview can act safely.

03

Cooperation instead of silo thinking

Financial topics are always team topics – across all departments.

04

Meaningful data

Only reliable information provides a true basis for decisions.

05

Processes that relieve people

Systems and structures serve people – not the other way around.

Much has changed in recent years: markets, expectations, working methods, priorities. However, one thing has remained constant:

Transparency, clarity and reliability are the basis for good work and good decisions.

I am convinced that professional financial management is far more than just managing numbers. It provides guidance, reduces complexity, and enables teams to focus on what matters most.

For me, this means designing financial processes in a way that supports people instead of hindering them. Building structures that provide stability. And creating a framework in which decisions can be made transparently, soundly, and sustainably.

My aim is to think about financial management in a way that creates real added value: for teams, for decisions, for the organization as a whole.
